1. Why doesn’t my shirt look exactly like the one pictured?
All Artnicity shirts are hand-crafted. Due to the various processes each
shirt goes through, each shirt will have a slight aesthetic difference
from the shirt pictured on our website. At Artnicity, we cherish those
differences in each shirt because they present each consumer with an
exclusive individuality not readily available in most other brands.
2. What are my payment options?
All payments are processed through Paypal, which accepts
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or an e-check through
your Paypal account.
3. When can I expect shipment?
Most of our shirts will be shipped within 5-7 business days or sooner.
All orders ship from Royal Oak, MI. We will send you a shipment
confirmation on the day that your order has been shipped. Should
you ever run into any problems regarding shipment, please contact
us at sales@artnicity.com
4. What is your return policy?
We will be happy to issue a full refund or exchange for any unworn and
unwashed items returned to us in their original condition within 30 days
from the date that you receive your shipment confirmation e-mail. You will,
however, have to pay for shipment to send the item back to us. We reserve
the right to deny a refund or exchange to any consumer who abuses our
policy. Our return policy is null and void after 30 days.
5. How should I clean my shirt?
The best way to maintain the integrity of your shirt is to:
flip the shirt inside out and wash in cold water with like colors
tumble dry on a low heat cycle
cool iron the shirt inside out if needed
DO NOT iron paint embellishments directly, as this may possibly cause
damage to the shirt and/or your iron
6. Can I carry your product in my store?

7. Can I use one of your designs or images?
All of our content is copyrighted and our logo is a registered trademark.

8. I don’t live in the USA or Canada, can I still purchase a shirt from your website?
Please contact us at sales@artnicity.com with what you would like to order,
and we will calculate the applicable shipment and tax rates.
